Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and sustain canvas and model-driven Power Apps using Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, premium connectors, and external APIs.
- Organize requirements, define minimum viable products, collaborate with clients and leadership, and identify schedule milestones.
- Create relational Dataverse data models, reusable components, custom pages, modern controls, and performance-optimized user experiences.
- Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and external APIs through custom connectors.
- Write and maintain Power Fx, JavaScript, and React code, and use development tools including VS Code and Node.js.
- Develop Power Automate flows with error-handling, retry, and exception patterns.
- Prepare and deploy managed and unmanaged Solutions using environment variables, connection references, and pipelines across multiple environments.
- Perform solution reviews and contribute to incident remediation, enhancements, release notes, documentation, support processes, incident response, security, and governance.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- A bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience, or a high school diploma and 6 years of experience, is required.
- More than 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages, is required.
- Current CompTIA Security+ CE certification is required.
- Candidates must have held a CAC within the past 2 years; no security clearance is required, though previously cleared candidates are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of canvas and model-driven apps, data sources, data modeling, connectors, SharePoint, Dataverse, and integration tools is required.
- A code-based background including JavaScript, Python, and Power FX is required.
- Preferred qualifications include Power BI, Copilot, PL-900 or PL-200 certification, Agile and ALM familiarity, and strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
