Base Salary
$139k - $174k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement, test, and optimize scalable services and tools that address performance and monitoring problems.
- Develop control-plane software, APIs, and network products for the developer community.
- Support existing products and devise solutions to customer and product pain points.
- Improve tooling and processes for shipping robust, mission-critical systems.
- Help establish development and architecture best practices.
- Collaborate across networking teams to build products and define API contracts.
Requirements
- Experience with the Go programming language and unit testing.
- Some experience designing and developing high-performance systems.
- Networking-stack knowledge or a strong willingness to learn.
- Experience developing full-stack applications with databases and APIs.
- Experience leading work across multiple teams to build API contracts.
- Experience with cloud development, containerization, and virtualization.
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or relevant equivalent experience.
- Experience with gRPC, Temporal, and Kafka is a bonus.
