Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and agent-based frameworks.
- Build, test, and deploy intelligent agents using Microsoft Agent Framework and Semantic Kernel with Python or C#.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems and workflows.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures and reusable components.
- Ensure solution performance, reliability, enterprise security, and governance alignment.
- Support decision-making, process optimization, resource management, and team management as needed.
- Allocate personnel, supervise team members, assign tasks, provide tools and support, and evaluate performance.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of total professional experience.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience with AI or agent-based solutions.
- Prior experience in client-facing consulting or enterprise delivery engagements.
- BE, B.Tech, MCA, MBA, or equivalent qualification with relevant industry experience.
- Ability to work effectively in distributed onshore-offshore delivery models.
- Microsoft AI certification is preferred.
- Experience with Power Platform is preferred.
- Experience with Azure Integration Services is preferred.
- Experience supporting large transformation or digital modernization programs is preferred.
- Familiarity with testing tools, deployment cycles, and release management practices is preferred.
- Experience working across multiple industries or complex business environments is preferred.
