Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and optimization of features and services.
- Solve challenging technical problems with minimal guidance.
- Develop, maintain, and promote scalable, maintainable, and resilient source code.
- Improve development practices, code quality, and testing strategies.
- Enhance automation to reduce execution time and improve feedback and regression detection.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical clarity across the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and shipping software products and/or n-tier services.
- Proficiency in an object-oriented language, preferably Golang, Python, or Java.
- Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining microservices.
- Experience using AI code assistants to create code and tests and review changes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn through collaboration and apply knowledge to assigned tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
- Experience with Airflow and Kafka is a plus.
- Working experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker is a plus.
- Exposure to data modeling in RDBMS is a plus.
