Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of testers in executing testing activities.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality and performance.
- Analyze test results and recommend improvements.
- Mentor team members and provide guidance on testing best practices.
- Monitor and report testing progress and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- ISTQB Certified Tester certification is listed.
- Oracle Certified Professional - Java SE 8 Programmer certification is listed.
- Required skills include quality management, security testing, risk management, client relations, collaboration tools, storytelling, and Agile methodology.
- Proficient English at C2 level is required.
