Base Salary
$85k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize software for deploying machine learning models on NVIDIA Jetson/Thor edge devices.
- Build scalable Python/C++ APIs and microservices connecting edge devices with cloud backends.
- Design and manage Google Cloud data pipelines using BigQuery and Postgres for real-time image, video, and telemetry data.
- Create React/TypeScript web dashboards for system health monitoring and AI-driven insights.
- Use Agentic AI tools and LLM-assisted workflows to accelerate development and maintain code quality.
- Collaborate with data scientists on Docker/Kubernetes model containerization and with hardware engineers on factory-floor performance validation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience in a production environment.
- Proven experience deploying software to edge computing hardware or IoT devices.
- Strong Python proficiency plus at least one of C++, Go, or Node.js.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or comparable AWS/Azure cloud services, including managed databases.
- Experience building responsive web applications with React or similar modern frameworks.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
- Preferred experience with OpenCV, TensorRT, or OpenVINO; PyTorch or TensorFlow; and MQTT or WebSockets for real-time data streaming.
- Interest in Agentic workflows and continuous improvement.
