Base Salary
$136k - $191k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and deep-dive sessions to assess client technology maturity, capability gaps, and business objectives.
- Design solution architectures, phased roadmaps, capability sequencing, and people and process recommendations across Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Build business cases and solution presentations covering ROI, timelines, risk mitigation, organizational impact, architectural diagrams, integration flows, and data models.
- Partner with Adobe sellers, account teams, technical SMEs, delivery leads, and enterprise architects to advance opportunities and ensure feasible delivery scope.
- Identify technical risks, integration complexity, capability gaps, and resource constraints, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Develop reusable discovery frameworks, solution templates, and business case models for future pre-sales engagements.
- Advise clients and sellers on Adobe platform capabilities, limitations, integrations, implementation approaches, product roadmaps, and emerging AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in pre-sales solution architecture, discovery facilitation, or technical consulting in enterprise software or services environments.
- Extensive experience implementing, architecting, or advising on multiple platforms across CDP, marketing automation, analytics, and workflow management.
- Proven ability to create compelling solution presentations and business cases that communicate tangible ROI and organizational impact.
- Experience designing roadmaps, value measurement frameworks, and people and process recommendations aligned to business outcomes.
- Strong facilitation skills and experience leading discovery conversations with executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with sales teams, account executives, and technical SMEs and to support sales organizations.
- Prior experience with Adobe Professional Services, an Adobe solution partner, Merkle, or a similar global consulting environment.
- Willingness to expand knowledge of emerging Adobe capabilities and AI-driven solutions through self-directed learning and Adobe training.
