Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical resource for major enterprise customers, providing guidance on product deployment, integration, and optimization.
- Lead technical onboarding for new strategic customers and support their specific setup requirements and goals.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot complex customer issues.
- Advocate for customer needs internally and collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap and feature direction.
- Drive product adoption, build relationships with technical and business stakeholders, and serve as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Monitor customer health metrics and usage data, create reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Travel minimally to visit customers on site.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in customer success, professional services, or solutions engineering, preferably with SaaS or enterprise software and large accounts.
- Strong professional JavaScript experience, particularly debugging or building integrations.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and other web services.
- Strong SQL skills; PostgreSQL experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and modern API architectures.
- Experience with at least one supported SDK language—Go, Node.js, Python, PHP, C#, or Java—is preferred.
- Experience with serverless functions or cloud platforms such as Cloudflare Workers or AWS Lambda is a bonus.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and independent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and understand customer needs.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with macOS and comfort working remotely with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
