Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/AX solutions in X++ using upgrade-safe extensions.
- Design and implement ERP enhancements, add-on modules, and scalable applications across Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Operations.
- Perform data import, export, and migration activities using the Data Migration Framework.
- Support integrations using APIs, web services, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, code reviews, performance optimization, and validation of customizations and integrations.
- Participate in requirements analysis, fit/gap workshops, effort estimation, technical reviews, and development planning.
- Troubleshoot application issues, provide customer support and training, and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, environment management, continuous improvement, and evaluation of emerging Microsoft and Power Platform technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in the Microsoft stack, including at least 2 years focused on Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Experience participating in multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O implementations covering design, development, customization, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Operations modules.
- Proficiency in X++ development, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps pipelines, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Dataverse, SQL Server, data management, APIs, web services, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Exposure to Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 security roles, user management, and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, fit/gap workshops, peer reviews, automated test scripts, global rollouts, or multi-entity implementations is preferred.
- MB-500: Finance & Operations Apps Developer certification is preferred; MB-920 certification is also noted.
