Responsibilities
- Support the India Value Engineering team on customer engagements as part of the Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence.
- Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and determine how Celonis Process Intelligence can support their objectives and AI strategy.
- Execute proof projects, quantify business value, and present recommendations to senior executives to support investment decisions.
- Prototype and develop customer-specific AI solutions, including traditional machine learning and LLM-based solutions.
- Drive change management and value realization while helping ensure positive customer return on investment.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships through technical expertise, product knowledge, and business acumen.
- Share customer insights with Product and Engineering teams to influence and co-develop product innovations.
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools for the Value Engineering organization.
- Travel within India to meet clients in person.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI/ML, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Valuable work or internship experience.
- Basic knowledge of or hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python.
- Passion for technology, data, AI, and applying technology to business problems.
- Analytical, creative, self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build relationships with senior management, influence decision-makers, and present confidently to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- Willingness to travel within India to meet clients in person.
- Fluency in English and effective communication skills.
- Exposure to process mining principles or completion of Celonis Rising Star modules is preferred.
