Responsibilities
- Discover customer AI strategies, business challenges, and technical requirements to identify suitable Celonis solutions.
- Build and code solutions on the Celonis platform using SQL, PQL, and Python.
- Rapidly prototype AI solutions during customer hackathons and proof projects.
- Support customers in scaling AI-agent deployments through Celonis Process Intelligence.
- Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects and align solutions with customer AI strategies.
- Specialize in relevant business domains or industries and create reusable best practices, collateral, and tools.
- Present and quantify business value for senior executives and support successful adoption and value realization.
- Manage customer accounts and remain involved until agreed project outcomes are achieved.
Requirements
- Bachelor-level degree in Engineering, Data Analytics or Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- Extensive internship experience or 1–2 years of full-time work experience, ideally combining business and technology.
- Strong English communication, presentation, analytical, creative problem-solving, organizational, and customer-centric skills.
- Understanding of generative AI techniques including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt and context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, and fine-tuning.
- Knowledge of Python, common machine learning libraries, and data engineering tools and technologies.
- Foundational business acumen and domain understanding, such as Supply Chain.
- Preferred qualifications include customer-facing or sales experience, technical Proof-of-Concept experience, agentic system development, LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, prompt engineering, LangChain or LlamaIndex, Supply Chain experience, ROI/TCO modeling, and SAP or Oracle experience.
- Strong academic performance, curiosity, self-motivation, continuous-learning orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
