Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise for cloud-based Finance applications and supporting software components.
- Design and implement tactical and strategic technology solutions for Data and Enterprise Reporting.
- Establish standards for development, DevSecOps, orchestration, segregation of duties, and containerization.
- Ensure products and services meet regulatory requirements, control objectives, technical standards, and architecture guidelines.
- Operate and improve automation, efficiency, tooling, techniques, and processes across IT communities of practice.
- Lead teams in interpreting customer requirements and designing solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with Ansible and Jenkins for CI/CD.
- Experience operating container orchestration clusters using Kubernetes or Docker.
- Proficiency integrating the Spark framework and Delta Lake.
- Knowledge of distributed computing platforms such as Spark, Hadoop, and Trino.
- Experience with Python and PySpark, multi-tenant applications or platforms, and software code review and optimization.
- Knowledge of access management, segregation of duties, change management, authentication, authorization, and security compliance.
- Preferred knowledge of the Apache ecosystem, including Spark and Airflow, and experience with databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Experience with UNIX, Spark UI, ZooKeeper or similar orchestration tools, Git, Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
- Significant experience with Linux environments and strong unit testing, integration testing, debugging, log analysis, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and risk management skills.
