Base Salary
$100k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and launch new back-end features for cloud-deployed Identity products.
- Build and contribute to large-scale distributed systems in a collaborative engineering environment.
- Contribute to architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling for new and existing systems.
- Collaborate with UI, Sensor, and other software engineering teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and communicate effectively across the organization and with senior leadership.
- Use AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
- At least 3 years of programming experience in one or more modern languages such as Go, Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design.
- At least 1 year of experience contributing to software architecture and design.
- Experience building cloud-deployed applications.
- Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and business processes.
- BS/BE in Computer Science or a related field.
- Eligibility for CJIS clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship or Green Card/permanent resident status.
- Ability to work effectively with senior engineers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
