Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize data solutions using GCP, BigQuery, Python, and cloud data-processing services.
- Develop, interpret, tune, and debug complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Perform data profiling, data analysis, data validation, ETL, data warehousing, and change-data-capture activities.
- Use scheduling tools such as Autosys and work with databases including Oracle, Teradata, and SQL Server.
- Document test scripts and test plans and follow Agile development and SDLC practices.
- Collaborate with teams and learn and apply new technologies in the healthcare payer domain.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Python and GCP.
- 6 to 9 years of overall professional experience.
- Strong experience with complex SQL queries, stored procedures, distributed multi-tier systems, data profiling, analysis, and validation.
- Deep DBMS experience across multiple platforms, including Oracle, Teradata, and SQL Server.
- Advanced understanding of data warehousing, ETL concepts, and change data capture.
- Experience with Autosys or similar scheduling tools, Agile development, SDLC methodologies, and test documentation.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
