Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI and Generative AI applications using LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, and knowledge retrieval architectures.
- Build scalable Python applications, APIs, microservices, automation frameworks, and cloud-native distributed systems.
- Design and implement data engineering, ETL/ELT, ingestion, orchestration, and transformation pipelines using Databricks, Spark, and distributed processing frameworks.
- Develop AI assistants, intelligent chatbots, knowledge retrieval platforms, document intelligence solutions, and AI-driven automation capabilities.
- Build and optimize semantic search and knowledge retrieval systems using vector databases, embeddings, information retrieval techniques, and Neo4j knowledge graphs.
- Contribute to secure, reliable, production-ready AI solutions, reusable frameworks, engineering standards, AI/LLMOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment frameworks.
- Collaborate with technology leaders, data engineers, architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams through architecture discussions, code reviews, and production delivery.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination thereof.
- Strong Python software engineering experience with object-oriented design, design patterns, asynchronous programming, API development, automation, performance tuning, and debugging.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications, platforms, distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Experience with data engineering and large-scale data processing, including ETL/ELT pipelines, data ingestion frameworks, orchestration, and transformation processes.
- Hands-on experience building Generative AI and LLM-based applications, including GPT or enterprise LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and semantic retrieval.
- Experience developing enterprise AI applications such as AI assistants, intelligent chatbots, knowledge retrieval platforms, document intelligence solutions, and AI-driven automation.
- Experience with vector databases, search and retrieval technologies, knowledge graphs, semantic search, NLP, and information retrieval frameworks.
- Experience with GCP and associated AI/ML services, database technologies including SQL, NoSQL, and graph databases, data modeling, and enterprise data architecture.
- Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, code reviews, observability, security, Agile methodologies, AI/LLMOps, and production deployment frameworks.
