Base Salary
$237k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, governance, and implementation of the company’s multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem.
- Architect and oversee Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Define enterprise integration patterns involving Salesforce APIs, patient management systems, cloud platforms, custom applications, MuleSoft, middleware, and ETL processes.
- Own Salesforce data modeling, governance, data quality, lifecycle, and reference architecture strategies.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release governance, cloud-native development, and DevOps practices for Salesforce deployments.
- Develop enterprise architecture strategies, roadmaps, value streams, and governance practices aligned with TOGAF principles.
- Lead multi-cloud Salesforce transformations enabling unified data views and cross-functional process automation.
- Advise executive sponsors, product owners, architects, developers, and system administrators, and mentor Salesforce developers, business analysts, and solution architects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
- Eight years of experience in enterprise Salesforce architecture and delivery.
- Eight years of experience leading and delivering complex Salesforce multi-cloud implementations.
- Six years of experience in Salesforce solution design, development, implementation, and governance focused on sustainability and scalability.
- Experience developing enterprise architecture strategies using frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Experience with Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and declarative Salesforce tools.
- Experience with cloud-native software development and modern DevOps practices for enterprise Salesforce deployments.
- Experience working with secure systems handling sensitive data in regulated industries such as healthcare and financial services.
- Experience designing data ingestion pipelines and external integrations using Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce data lifecycle and reference architecture patterns, and with transformations integrating Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms.
