Responsibilities
- Architect the 2-3 year data vision for the Perception organization.
- Drive high-stakes architectural decisions across Perception, Machine Learning, and Infrastructure.
- Establish engineering excellence and API standards across multiple teams.
- Lead technical execution on complex data challenges, including active learning loops.
- Mentor Staff and Senior engineers, fostering a culture of rigorous design review.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of architecting complex, multi-component platforms.
- Deep mastery of distributed data processing and understanding of ML lifecycles.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and debugging complex C++ and Python code.
- Demonstrated ability to align multiple stakeholders toward a unified technical direction.
