Responsibilities
- Build production-grade full-stack systems and AI agents from prototype through stable production.
- Embed with customer teams to understand needs, scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers, and guide adoption.
- Own technical delivery across deployments while balancing scope, speed, and quality.
- Turn solutions into reusable tools, playbooks, and building blocks and share field feedback.
- Maintain Azure platforms, virtual machines, App Services, Function Apps, Azure Container Apps, and Azure Container Registry.
- Operate GitHub Actions pipelines and perform or automate GitHub server backups and uptime checks.
- Configure Azure Monitor and Microsoft Sentinel logging, monitoring, security alert triage, and application performance dashboards.
- Review RBAC access, maintain least-privilege IAM, produce cost reporting, and monitor support tickets through resolution.
Requirements
- Production-grade software development proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or comparable stacks.
- Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs, agentic AI, or generative-AI models.
- Experience scoping and delivering complex systems in ambiguous environments with customer-facing technical delivery.
- Hands-on production experience operating Microsoft Azure, including Virtual Machines, App Services, and Function Apps.
- Experience with Azure Container Apps and Azure Container Registry.
- Strong DevOps and CI/CD experience, particularly with GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Azure Monitor and Microsoft Sentinel for logging, monitoring, and security alert handling.
- Working knowledge of IAM, RBAC, and cloud security best practices.
- Experience with Day 2 operations, including patching, backups, incidents, and ticket handling.
- Singapore citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain Singapore Government security clearance through MINDEF vetting.
- Willingness to work onsite at client premises, including secured MINDEF facilities.
- Preferred qualifications include agentic AI and SRE agent experience, secured or classified government environment experience, Azure certifications, and cloud-native Azure deployment experience.
