Responsibilities
- Champion and implement QA best practices within the dominAI product team.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define clear, testable acceptance criteria during story refinement.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for complex distributed systems.
- Test machine learning and LLM-based technologies, including automated testing for LLM-based technology.
- Identify, triage, and resolve defects with the development team.
- Manage testing environments and infrastructure using Kubernetes.
- Improve QA processes and automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with other QA engineers on cross-team initiatives and a cohesive QA function.
- Contribute to release planning and risk assessment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a QA engineer or analyst.
- Strong experience in test planning and requirements analysis.
- Solid experience with test automation for complex distributed systems.
- Ability to write test automation in TypeScript across frontend and API layers.
- Experience setting up and managing test environments using containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Experience providing QA for machine learning projects, including automated testing for LLM-based technology.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Understanding of quality practices in an LLM-assisted team.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Security Vetted status to at least SC level.
- Desired: experience with performance-critical systems, leadership or mentoring, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, AI and simulation technologies, or the defence sector.
