Base Salary
$131k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and build complex, scalable, and secure GenAI and ML applications and models on AWS.
- Provide technical guidance and implementation support throughout customer project delivery using AWS AI/ML services.
- Gather requirements and propose model training, building, fine-tuning, and deployment strategies.
- Assess customer infrastructure and recommend AWS migration strategies and solutions.
- Advise customers on industry trends, emerging technologies, and technical best practices.
- Optimize solution performance, manage project risks, and ensure adherence to implementation best practices.
- Mentor team members, provide training, and create reusable technical artifacts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- At least three years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
- At least two years of experience hosting and deploying GenAI/ML solutions for training, fine-tuning, and inference.
- Experience developing software in one or more programming languages such as Java or Python.
- Preferred experience with AWS services including S3, Redshift, SageMaker, EMR, Kinesis, Lambda, and EC2.
- Preferred scripting experience with Python, Perl, or Ruby for automation.
- Preferred master’s degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or a PhD.
- Preferred AWS Professional-level certifications such as Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional.
- Preferred hands-on experience with deep learning, machine learning, computer vision, graph neural networks, or distributed training.
- Preferred knowledge of HIPAA and GDPR security and compliance standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders.
