Base Salary
$126k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and escalations for advertisers, Sales teams, agencies, and partners.
- Apply product expertise to diagnose issues involving Floodlight conversion modeling, AI-powered SA360 bidding, and enterprise ads platforms.
- Develop diagnostic, data-fix, automation, and debugging tools independently or with Product Engineering teams.
- Provide customer and partner feedback to Product Management, Engineering, and Business Solutions teams to improve product offerings.
- Analyze data and insights to identify root causes and create action plans for customer issues, knowledge management, operational improvements, account reviews, and product adoption.
- Deliver customer service throughout the customer journey and communicate solutions to technical and executive audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Three years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Three years of experience in system design or reading code such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Preferred experience in technical product support, cloud support, quality engineering, or site reliability engineering.
- Preferred customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.
- Preferred experience developing strategic, customer-focused solutions and solving problems critically.
- Preferred knowledge of Google Ads or other online advertising solutions and the media and technology landscape.
- Preferred business analysis experience conducting analytics, developing dashboards, and making recommendations.
- Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
