Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable machine learning pipelines using Azure ML and Databricks.
- Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines with Github and Github Action.
- Utilize Azure Kubernetes Service to containerize and deploy machine learning models.
- Develop reusable templates for various ML use cases to streamline deployment processes.
- Design and manage APIs for interaction between ML models and applications.
- Perform model optimization and monitor data drift and refresh checks.
- Implement cost monitoring strategies for efficient resource use.
- Collaborate with data scientists, DevOps, and IT teams for model deployment.
- Provide documentation for ML workflows and optimization strategies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python/PySpark and statistical analysis tools like SAS/SPSS.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Strong understanding of hypothesis testing and regression techniques.
- Familiarity with Azure ML, Databricks, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
- Ability to design and manage APIs for ML model integration.
- Experience in building CI/CD pipelines and ensuring code quality.
