Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack software solutions across Oracle, UKG, and ServiceNow HR systems.
- Architect APIs, microservices, serverless functions, and secure integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM, Strapi CMS, and Azure Service Bus.
- Build reusable frontend components and experiences using TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Radix UI.
- Design and manage Azure architectures involving App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Storage, and Azure DevOps.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, implement Terraform-based infrastructure as code, and monitor system performance.
- Mentor junior and peer engineers, lead code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and collaborate with architects and product owners.
- Research technologies and drive modernization of legacy applications and re-platforming initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience with Oracle, UKG, or ServiceNow.
- Demonstrable expertise in full-stack and cloud-native application development.
- Experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Node.js, Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Azure, Terraform, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Drizzle ORM, and Entity Framework Core.
- Experience with frontend, integration, testing, and observability tools including Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, shadcn/ui, GraphQL, OAuth2, Auth0, Jest, Playwright, React Testing Library, MSW, Application Insights, Sentry, Pino, and Azure Monitor.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AI/ML-powered solutions.
- Ability to deliver complex enterprise-scale projects and demonstrate continuous learning and technical leadership.
