Responsibilities
- Design and build generative AI applications using foundation models, RAG, and agent-based workflows.
- Develop and experiment with autonomous or semi-autonomous agent frameworks.
- Contribute to full-stack AI solutions, including backend services, APIs, and user-facing components.
- Deploy and scale AI/ML solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
- Support collaboration, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and team development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Approximately 5 or more years of software engineering experience with exposure to AI/ML or data-driven applications.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs or generative AI.
- Strong Python skills and experience building scalable backend systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms and modern development practices.
- Willingness to work in the Orlando office three days per week.
- Preferred experience includes RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agent-based systems, MLOps or LLMOps, model lifecycle management, full-stack development, and mentoring.
