Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered tools and agents to enhance workflows.
- Integrate applied AI into Customer Operations processes.
- Develop and maintain a shared agent platform for self-service automation.
- Create robust internal software, integrations, and automations.
- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to elevate pilot projects.
- Own the full lifecycle of applications, from development to retirement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software development and application maintenance.
- Deep experience with REST APIs and SaaS platform integrations.
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Experience in evaluating AI outputs and building testing systems.
- Ability to design reusable templates and deployment patterns.
- Strong systems thinking and process orientation.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in an agile environment.
