Senior Technical Consultant - Japanese Fluency (Mandatory)

- Develop, optimize, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations.
- Design and implement Agentforce and AI-native solutions, including LLM flows, Einstein models, and agentic automation.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery speed and code quality.
- Demonstrate Salesforce AI capabilities to clients and translate technical value into business outcomes.
- Deliver front-end and back-end solutions, manage releases, identify risks, and drive issues through resolution.
- Engage Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders and support customer success, satisfaction, and business goals.
- Maintain current knowledge of AI tooling, Agentforce, Salesforce functionality, and generative AI advancements.
- Travel to client sites, averaging approximately 50% depending on the engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, or foreign equivalent.
- Business-level written and spoken Japanese proficiency is mandatory for Japan-market client engagements.
- 3-8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong JavaScript skills and experience with one object-oriented language such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with data modeling, including objects, fields, relationships, and one-to-many and many-to-many relationships.
- Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to use AI tools in daily development workflows and articulate AI-driven solutions to clients.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, customer engagement, facilitation, presentation, and independent working skills.
- Ability to gather and analyze information and design flexible, comprehensive client solutions.
- Salesforce development experience and certifications are preferred but not required.
- Hands-on Agentforce, Einstein AI, or LLM-based solution design experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Einstein for Developers, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, JavaScript frameworks, SQL, APIs, testing tools, or DevOps is preferred.
- Native or near-native Japanese fluency, with JLPT N2 or above preferred.
- Must obtain Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, and Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I certifications during onboarding.
