Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead technical solutions, architecture, design, coding, cloud-native development, and platform management for the Developer Experience Platform and self-service automation team.
- Develop web, API, mobile, and microservice applications, including platform scaffolding, templates, automation, orchestration, testing, and vulnerability remediation.
- Build and maintain self-service application, infrastructure, architecture, one-click template, and orchestration-engine capabilities.
- Create technical reference designs for APIs and web applications and promote development best practices across engineering communities.
- Drive code reviews, solution design sessions, technical demonstrations, office hours, Lunch and Learn sessions, and developer communities of practice.
- Collaborate with partner teams and developers to identify pain points and improve developer productivity and experience.
- Maintain technical requirements, runbooks, disaster recovery strategies, release-management materials, and design documentation.
- Lead onsite and offshore teams in delivering priorities and coordinate with engineering, architecture, security, platform, quality, cloud, and change-management teams.
- Develop and integrate AI capabilities using Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, agent development, and authentication and authorization systems.
- Participate in Agile Scrum, PI Planning, estimation, milestone management, and iterative sprint delivery.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of end-to-end application development experience with .NET, Angular, TypeScript, and Python in cloud-hosted web, mobile, and microservice environments.
- At least 1 year of experience with Backstage.io or a similar Internal Developer Platform, including plugin development using .NET and ReactJS.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing self-service application, infrastructure, architecture, one-click template automation, and orchestration-engine solutions.
- At least 2 years of experience with orchestration platforms including Amazon EKS or OpenShift.
- At least 8 years of hands-on development and automation experience with AWS cloud technologies and related infrastructure tools.
- Strong knowledge of API design, OpenAPI specifications, GitOps, dark-release or G deployment practices, infrastructure as code, security, data protection, sizing, and disaster recovery.
- Experience developing unit tests, improving test coverage, and using code-quality and code-coverage tools such as SonarQube and Veracode.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, development tools, cloud command-line tools, IDEs, testing tools, and developer productivity tooling listed in the posting.
- Hands-on AI development experience with Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, agent development, and system, user, and agent authentication and authorization.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in computer science, AWS solution engineer/developer/architect certification, technical leadership, developer evangelism, troubleshooting, and developer-support experience.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, organizational, ownership, adaptability, and continuous-learning skills.
