Responsibilities
- Build and integrate new APIs to improve the customer journey.
- Optimize and enhance Lendable’s lending platforms.
- Participate in architectural discussions and help shape product direction.
- Develop and maintain high-quality PHP applications using modern engineering practices.
- Create and maintain automated unit, integration, and functional tests.
- Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
Requirements
- Modern PHP development experience, with PHP 8.0+ required.
- Strong experience with Symfony or Laravel.
- Experience with Domain Driven Design, CQRS, message-driven systems, and event sourcing.
- Excellent automated testing skills across unit, integration, and functional testing.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and financial systems is a bonus.
- Strong business orientation, willingness to learn, collaborative communication, and a high degree of ownership.
- Cross-functional experience is preferred but not essential.
