Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce agents using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.
- Build agent workflows, prompts, and orchestration logic.
- Develop Salesforce components with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data and external systems using Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
- Collaborate with functional teams on agent use cases, technical discussions, and solution design.
- Assist with testing, deployment, validation, defect resolution, and optimization of agent solutions.
- Document agent configurations and technical flows and follow implementation standards and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience, with 3–5 years of Salesforce experience noted.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong Salesforce development skills with hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
- Basic hands-on exposure to Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.
- Understanding of conversational AI fundamentals, Salesforce APIs, integration techniques, Salesforce security, the sharing model, and governor limits.
- Ability to develop maintainable and scalable solutions with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.
- Salesforce Administrator, Agentforce Specialist, and Salesforce AI Associate certifications are preferred; Agentforce Specialist may be in progress.
- Exposure to Agentforce implementation projects and experience working in Agile teams are preferred.
