Base Salary
$182k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead impactful customer technical projects by delivering production-grade systems.
- Guide strategic customers in implementing transformational big data projects.
- Provide architecture and design guidance to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical components meet customer needs.
- Engage with customer stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver impact.
- Contribute to accelerators, frameworks, and best practices for scalability.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms & analytics, or software engineering.
- Proficient in coding with Python, Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
- Working knowledge of two or more cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Deep experience with distributed computing using Apache Spark™.
- Familiarity with CI/CD for production deployments.
- Experience with MLOps, ML/AI models, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to manage technical project delivery and translate complex concepts into actionable solutions.
- Strong documentation and white-boarding skills.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and managing stakeholder conflicts.
- Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in exploring new technologies.
- Databricks Certification is preferred.
