Responsibilities
- Develop new or amended features, resolve bugs, and complete other tasks needed to achieve business goals.
- Write high-quality code, unit tests, and conduct unit testing where applicable.
- Maintain code quality through peer code reviews and coding standards.
- Participate in estimation, sprint planning, sprint events, backlog ownership, and progress reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to clarify requirements and contribute to user stories.
- Assist with live releases according to the team’s release schedule.
- Identify process improvements and agree on actionable team improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Python.
- Strong hands-on technical skills with Python, PL/SQL, shell scripting, and Linux.
- Basic knowledge of PL/SQL, cloud concepts, and AI agents.
- Experience with unit testing, including Gtest.
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or other AI code-assistance tools.
- Good understanding of software architecture, software issues, design, data structures, and databases.
- Experience with code reviews and coding standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
