Base Salary
$230k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build the Agent SDK orchestration engine, runtime, and primitives
- Design the agentic loop and define primitives for steerable, verifiable, conversational, and adaptive agents
- Build retrieval and grounding systems that improve response accuracy and trustworthiness
- Design evaluation frameworks to measure and improve agent quality over time
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience building production products and systems
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Passion for frontier AI products
- Motivation and high agency to drive outcomes in a high-autonomy culture
- Experience with AI-powered systems or agent frameworks is preferred
- Experience with retrieval, evaluation systems, or LLM-based applications is preferred
- Experience building developer platforms or SDKs is preferred
- Experience with Go and TypeScript is preferred
