Base Salary
$230k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build core systems that power AI agents.
- Work on the Agent SDK, including orchestration engine and runtime.
- Design the agentic loop for steerable and verifiable agents.
- Improve retrieval and grounding for accurate agent responses.
- Build evaluation systems to measure and enhance agent quality.
Requirements
- Passion for AI products and innovation.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in building production systems.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Motivation to drive outcomes in a high-autonomy culture.
