Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build quantitative models to identify and analyze risk in the Public Finance business.
- Develop and deploy production applications from concept through design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Create React dashboards that present model outputs in real time.
- Automate manual workflows and integrate AI agents that extract terms from deal documents and flag anomalies.
- Design systems with logging, monitoring, and integrations across other internal systems.
- Work with strategists, bankers, and traders to challenge assumptions and communicate analytical results clearly.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field, or a strong undergraduate background with demonstrated hands-on experience.
- Strong Python skills and the ability to write clean, testable, production-ready code.
- Fluency with Git, Docker, and structured development workflows.
- Solid foundations in statistics and probability.
- Some exposure to fixed income or the ability to learn the domain quickly.
- Experience using generative AI coding tools such as Copilot or Cursor.
- Ability to take ideas through design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing production operation.
