Responsibilities
- Architect and develop Chakra end to end, including agent design and conversation management.
- Build systems to ensure interview consistency at scale.
- Design evaluation and benchmarking pipelines for interview quality and candidate experience.
- Implement fine-tuning and RLHF workflows to enhance model judgment.
- Define and maintain quality standards for interviews.
- Work across the full stack, including data pipelines and model serving.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping conversational AI systems in production.
- Strong intuition for LLM behavior under real-world conditions.
- Ability to think in systems, integrating conversation architecture and candidate experience.
