Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for global premium publishers and resolve complex integration issues.
- Lead technical implementation calls, troubleshooting sessions, product walkthroughs, and onboarding for Brazilian customers in Portuguese.
- Implement MonetizeMore tools such as PubGuru and Advanced Ads for high-value accounts.
- Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations for customer websites and mobile apps.
- Advise customers and internal Business Development and Account Management teams on configurations that improve ad revenue.
- Translate complex ad-tech concepts into clear recommendations for non-technical customers.
- Convert customer friction points and feature requests into structured technical requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or customer-facing Support Engineer.
- Native or professional fluency in Portuguese and excellent English communication skills.
- Strong practical knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and HTTP/network protocols.
- Proficiency with Chrome DevTools for debugging script execution, layout shifts, and page latency.
- Strong technical problem-solving, customer communication, and consultation skills.
- Prior experience with Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, Header Bidding, SDK integrations, or Google Publisher Tags is highly preferred.
- Successful applicants who pass resume screening must complete a TestDome assessment.
