Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and support production-grade AI/ML, generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Build and integrate LLM, RAG, and agentic solution components into enterprise solutions, applications, and platforms.
- Translate user requirements into technical designs, APIs, workflows, and supportable implementation patterns.
- Solve development, integration, and production-support problems through coding, debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and design remediation.
- Participate in design reviews and provide trade-off analysis and implementation input.
- Support project delivery through estimation, documentation, status communication, and risk identification.
- Use AI-assisted software engineering tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent platforms in day-to-day delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree.
- At least two years of related work experience, including meaningful applied AI/ML engineering experience.
- Hands-on Python proficiency and experience writing clean, modular, production-quality code for LLM pipelines and agentic applications.
- Experience designing and maintaining production-grade LLM applications, RAG systems, embedding pipelines, vector search, prompt engineering, and agentic orchestration.
- Experience with structured and unstructured data preparation, quality validation, APIs, asynchronous workflows, containerization, cloud deployment, and software engineering practices for ML systems.
- Ability to debug and remediate production LLM and agentic systems across retrieval, orchestration, and generation layers.
- Clear communication, ownership, accountability, adaptability, and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with model observability, LLM fine-tuning, responsible AI, data pipeline design, cloud AI platforms, traditional AI/ML and deep learning, and AI-assisted software engineering tools.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $65,500 to $134,000 for US geographic locations, with a separate range of $78,600 to $152,100 for the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California excluding Sacramento.
