$166k - $220k/yr

Responsibilities

Analyze simulated subsystems to identify divergences from real-world data.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate higher-fidelity models into the simulation framework.
Engineer solutions for performance constraints and numerical integration.
Build and maintain validation tools for measuring simulation fidelity.
Design and execute Monte Carlo validation campaigns.
Work across simulation environments to understand performance trade-offs.
Identify and implement industry-standard approaches to improve simulation strategy.
Drive fidelity strategy and mentor junior engineers at the senior level.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
3+ years of professional software engineering experience with C++ or Rust and Python or MATLAB.
Experience in performance analysis and optimization of complex software systems.
Comfort with numerical and scientific computing concepts.
Demonstrated ownership of complex software systems from design to validation.
Experience with automated test and validation infrastructure.
Ability to work effectively across team boundaries.
Desire to work on critical software with real-world impact.
Eligible for U.S. Secret security clearance.
