Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the device firmware end to end, including connectivity, provisioning, and call behavior.
- Ensure safe and reliable over-the-air updates with phased rollouts and monitoring.
- Enhance audio quality for real calls through various audio processing techniques.
- Investigate and resolve field issues affecting device performance.
- Instrument devices to monitor user experience metrics.
- Coordinate firmware and hardware work to ensure cohesive development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in firmware development for connected devices, preferably in C/C++ on microcontrollers.
- Proven experience with over-the-air firmware updates and managing staged rollouts.
- Ability to debug across software and hardware boundaries, including reading schematics.
- A reliability mindset focused on reproducibility and testability.
- Strong communication skills to document and share knowledge with the team.
- Collaborative approach with a low-ego attitude.
