Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their problems, needs, and goals.
- Design and configure applications on the Five9 platform for unique customer requirements.
- Provide configuration advice and problem resolution on Five9 products.
- Deliver customized training to ensure customer understanding of solutions.
- Lead technical sessions and act as a trusted advisor to decision makers.
- Handle pre-sales Statement of Work requests from creation to design document handoff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum three years of experience in a customer-facing position.
- Knowledge of implementing intelligent virtual agents and natural language understanding engines.
- Ability to listen to customer requests and communicate options efficiently.
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and digest new product features.
- Expertise in developing positive relationships with clients.
- Passion for continuous improvement both technically and professionally.
- Knowledge of modern API standards and experience integrating with them.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% nationally.
