Responsibilities
- Analyze and refine CRM requirements with business analysts.
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop client-side scripts and HTML web resources using JavaScript and jQuery.
- Build and maintain server-side components with C# and the .NET Framework.
- Create and manage CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and charts.
- Integrate CRM with external systems through REST APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Perform data migration and maintain data integrity across environments.
- Use Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse for low-code/no-code solutions.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and iterative feature delivery.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate solution deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and environment configurations with DevOps teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and support deployment processes.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CRM.
- 4–6 years of Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) development experience.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, REST APIs, Web Services, OData, SDK, SQL Server, and FetchXML.
- Experience with model-driven apps and canvas apps.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including AKS.
- Exposure to Azure services and cloud architecture.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps culture.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, ownership, and task-completion skills.
