Base Salary
$169k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of a distributed workflow engine.
- Ensure the system achieves 5-6 nines availability.
- Integrate AI/ML models for system automation and performance.
- Address challenges related to distributed locking and execution.
- Collaborate across the organization to influence platform development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in backend software development.
- Proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework.
- Experience in cloud environments, particularly AWS.
- Demonstrated experience in building highly available, distributed systems.
