Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team’s work.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions to the immediate team and other teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project objectives and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with UKG Pro.
- Proficiency in UKG Pro.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles and scalable software architecture.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with integrating custom solutions into enterprise environments.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
