Responsibilities
- Lead successful delivery of releases with a reporting team.
- Design Pega applications, process flows, SLAs, and skill-based routing.
- Define class structures, data models, indexing, reporting, application security, access groups, roles, and privileges.
- Build reusable components using Pega ruleset hierarchies.
- Develop and integrate applications using HTML, JavaScript, PL/SQL, databases, external systems, SOAP/REST services, JMS, and MQ.
- Manage deployment activities, environments, code reviews, guardrail compliance, AES, and project-level metrics.
- Handle team management and independent client communication.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience is stated, with an overall minimum of six years of hands-on experience required.
- Must have Pega Platform experience.
- Requires 15 years of full-time education.
- Mandatory CSA and CSSA certifications; CUIS, CCSA, or CPMC certifications are optional.
- Requires experience with Pega application development, system integration, Pega frameworks, security design, SDLC, deployment, and release delivery.
- Requires hands-on HTML, JavaScript, and PL/SQL programming experience.
- Requires experience with database and external-system integration through SOAP/REST services, JMS, and MQ.
- Knowledge of Python development, prompt engineering, and agentic AI systems using Anthropic, AWS, or Google is required or preferred as stated.
- React.js and Node.js are good-to-have skills.
- Requires effective communication, team-management ability, and the ability to handle client calls and pressure situations independently.
