Base Salary
$155k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and support of integrations between SFDC and finance, fulfillment, vendor, and enterprise systems.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate Order-to-Cash needs into technical designs, data flows, field mappings, and delivery plans.
- Build and enhance integrations using SFDC Platform Events, Change Data Capture, SOQL, Bulk API, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and GraphQL.
- Develop Workato-based integrations and automations across SFDC, Oracle EBS, Workday Financials, and adjacent systems.
- Select appropriate integration and automation tools, including iPaaS, Google Cloud Functions, and Flows, based on the use case.
- Design API-based automations that incorporate AI capabilities with appropriate security, reliability, and operational controls.
- Own integration troubleshooting, monitoring, root-cause analysis, production support, resiliency, observability, and documentation.
- Maintain technical specifications, field mappings, test plans, deployment runbooks, and integration documentation.
- Participate in Workato release-impact analysis and testing and identify integration enhancements and risks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on integration development experience focused on SFDC, Workato or a comparable platform, and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Experience leading integration work from requirements through design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Practical expertise with Workato, SOQL, Bulk API, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and SFDC security.
- Strong experience with XML, JSON, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and API-based integration patterns.
- Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash domains including Opportunity Management, Quoting, Order Management, Fulfillment, and Billing.
- Strong communication, customer service, analytical, problem-solving, ownership, data quality, security, and reliability skills.
- Ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment while prioritizing concurrent initiatives and handling both standard connectors and novel automation challenges.
- Experience building AI-enabled workflows through APIs and integrating AI services into business processes is preferred.
- Experience with Claude Code, command-line tooling, developer productivity automation, or global and multi-country finance and sales environments is preferred.
- Current or prior Workato Certification is preferred.
