Base Salary
$131k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support global and enterprise customers running cloud-based mission-critical applications, systems, services, and features.
- Manage enterprise accounts, oversee support cases, and assist customers with strategy, project planning, launches, and ongoing operations.
- Analyze and present operational performance reviews, including service disruptions and metrics.
- Conduct detailed prelaunch planning and recommend new offerings for customer architecture.
- Provide proactive advice throughout the implementation life cycle and advocate for customer requirements.
- Participate in customer-requested meetings and use customer resolution tools across service groups to facilitate rapid issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- One year of experience in the job offered, as a Support Engineer, Systems Engineer, or in a related occupation.
- At least one year of experience designing, developing, implementing, troubleshooting, and managing large-scale distributed applications.
- At least one year of experience performing system administration in a Linux or Windows environment.
- At least one year of experience conducting computer networking, scripting, and automation.
Benefits
