Base Salary
$174k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Champion responsible and scalable adoption of generative AI across the organization.
- Design and oversee enterprise-scale solutions integrating business processes, data, applications, and AI capabilities.
- Develop architecture patterns, standards, reusable frameworks, and architectural consistency across initiatives.
- Lead architecture reviews and guide implementation teams.
- Build prototypes, proofs of concept, and production-grade AI and automation solutions when necessary.
- Integrate AI services, LLMs, predictive models, APIs, MCPs, and intelligent automation into business workflows.
- Prepare, transform, and engineer data for machine learning and generative AI use cases.
- Represent AI initiatives in leadership forums and define KPIs and success metrics with stakeholders.
- Monitor emerging technologies, pilot new capabilities, and scale successful solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of related experience in the area of professional responsibility.
- Experience building AI-enabled business solutions and familiarity with AI/ML concepts and modern AI platforms.
- Strong software and AI development experience using Python, Java, or LangGraph.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, DevOps practices, APIs, web services, SQL, enterprise-scale datasets, data pipelines, and automation workflows.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and data ecosystems, with experience creating analytics solutions and data visualizations.
- Experience integrating AI services, LLMs, predictive models, and intelligent automation into business workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.
