Responsibilities
- Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points, and develop technical solutions.
- Build, replicate, and drive market adoption of industry-level solutions.
- Lead enterprise client engagements from pre-sales solutioning through project implementation, including demos, presentations, RFI/RFP responses, architecture workshops, and POC delivery.
- Collaborate with product teams to communicate feature requests, close product-market-fit gaps, and shape short- and long-term product roadmaps.
- Provide thought leadership, industry knowledge, and expertise across cloud and ML products.
- Provide post-sales solution support and drive upsell and cross-sell activities with Account Executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with strong business acumen.
- At least 5 years of related work experience in cloud computing and the related technology ecosystem.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and migration is preferred.
- Understanding of cloud- and AI-native applications and big data technologies is preferred.
- Experience serving large enterprise clients in retail, media, entertainment, gaming, and/or gambling is preferred.
- Experience as a solution architect or pre-sales solution engineer in B2B AI/ML, video cloud, edge computing, or cloud computing is preferred.
- Deep understanding of public cloud use cases, including CDN, WAF, DDoS, livestreaming, RTC, VOD, ML recommendation, computer vision, NLP, and generative AI is preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, independence, and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
