Responsibilities
- Develop, design, construct, test, implement, and maintain secure, stable, testable, and maintainable applications.
- Translate technology stacks and application designs into code across web/Angular, iOS, Android, and service platforms.
- Perform application systems analysis and programming, including feasibility studies, estimates, and implementation of new or revised systems.
- Analyze system architecture, dependencies, runtime operations, business requirements, and customer use cases.
- Participate in solution discussions, system build and performance discussions, technical documentation, and cross-team representation.
- Build and maintain integrated project development schedules accounting for dependencies, constraints, SDLC approaches, and contingencies.
- Improve development processes, productivity measurement, delivery speed, innovation, cost efficiency, and quality.
- Automate code quality, code performance, unit testing, and build processing in the CI/CD pipeline using RTC, Jenkins, and RLM.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and recommend programming solutions for customer-exposed systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the financial industry.
- Demonstrated execution capabilities and strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Primary skills in Java and Angular development, AI tools, and OpenShift.
- Experience operating high-traffic, distributed, cloud-based services.
- Experience affecting large-scale culture change and leading infrastructure programs.
- Ability to work with third-party service providers.
- Bachelor's/university degree or equivalent experience.
