Base Salary
$165k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate operational workflows.
- Ensure security and compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance and costs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to standardize environments.
- Maintain observability and incident response processes.
- Ensure scalability of cloud-based systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, security, performance, and infrastructure.
- Strong ownership of work and ability to drive projects to completion.
- Proactive communication skills to surface blockers and keep stakeholders informed.
- Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with serverless technologies.
- Experience with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of Terraform, IaaC best practices, and Docker.
