Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize automated evaluation pipelines for AI/CV models and core video analytics libraries.
- Develop Python automation test suites and integrate evaluation workflows into CI/CD pipelines for pull-request testing.
- Measure and report model accuracy and system performance metrics, including mAP, precision, recall, IoU, FPS, latency, and CPU/GPU/memory utilization.
- Manage, curate, and maintain golden datasets and annotation standards for regression, performance, and stress testing.
- Collaborate with C++ and architecture teams to identify bottlenecks, determine root causes, and improve release pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, machine learning, or a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in QA automation, MLOps, software engineering in test, or AI/CV evaluation.
- Strong Python proficiency for test framework development and data processing.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of machine learning and computer vision evaluation metrics.
- Proficiency in Linux environments and Bash/shell scripting.
- Ability to read and understand basic C/C++ code is preferred.
- Familiarity with video streaming concepts and frameworks such as GStreamer is preferred.
- Experience with Edge AI, smart cameras, or embedded vision systems is preferred.
