Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications and Workday integrations to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with teams, and contribute to technical and team decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues using Workday-related integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Lead development-lifecycle process improvements and coordinate cross-functional communication.
- Mentor junior team members and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations, including integration design patterns and related middleware technologies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application configuration and customization.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and apply data transformation and mapping techniques.
- Competence collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
